Redesign the Process Before You Deploy the Model
Most enterprise AI programmes stall because they automate a broken process. Durable value comes from redesigning the work first, then applying technology where it compounds.
Ambitious organisations often start an AI programme by asking which model to buy. The more useful question is which decision, hand-off or bottleneck is quietly costing the business time and margin every day. Technology applied to an unexamined process tends to make the same mistakes faster.
Start with the decision, not the tool
A process is a chain of decisions. When we map that chain with the people who run it, the constraints become visible: duplicated approvals, data that arrives too late to matter, and judgement calls made without the context to make them well. These are the points where intelligence, applied carefully, changes the economics of the work.
Design for the operating reality
Enterprise environments are rarely greenfield. Systems of record, regulatory obligations and established ways of working all shape what is feasible. A redesign that ignores this reality is a slide, not a plan. We design changes that can be delivered inside the constraints teams actually face.
The result is not a technology project with a business case bolted on. It is a business change with technology in service of it — measured against the outcomes leaders were accountable for in the first place.
